Fourth Quarter - Ships Week of December 4
Harmony
Our Winter Seasonal mead is best described as "Holiday in a Bottle." With hibiscus, cloves, ginger and holiday spices, the mead has a Balanced, but complex flavor profile. Limited release, only available in the colder months.
Raven
The Raven is a complex mead brewed with all the dark berries making it deep, rich, sultry and smooth. It's the perfect autumn mead for cooler nights when you wish someone, anyone really, would come tap-tap-tapping on your chamber door.
Barrel-Aged Bliss
Bliss is made by adding pear and almond in secondary. You get a subtle amaretto aroma and flavor as you drink this sweet mead. We then aged Bliss in 13th Colony Distilleries bourbon barrel for 2 years, infusing the mead with vanilla and oak to create a spectacular, smooth finish.
